Thank you, Bren. Our Nature Center has been an enjoyable place to hike and enjoy the outdoors since I was a boy. I’m 73! At one time, before the land was aquired for the Nature Center, it actually housed a girl scout camp. Until I was around 12 if my memory serves me correctly. It isn’t large by most standards but we often see wild turkey and deer quite close up. As the crow flies it’s less than three miles from our home.
